Vindictive, arrogant district manager ignored complaints about rude staff and maintenance contractors, and raised rent to the legal limit, even though we had ultimately withdrawn Tribunal hearing application served on him. CONSTANT, NOISY construction, even on holidays, Sundays and after hours (illegal). We lived in TWO of their buildings, both owned by an insurance company, but managed by Realstar. VILE experiences with their resident managers, in both. In one building, the manager would actually SHOUT INSULTS at me, unprovoked, when I walked in, and out, the front door. They will serve you with "N5" eviction notices at the drop of a hat, simply for complaining about slow maintenance, or staff behaviour. My opinion: AVOID. I do not recommend this place.
