I currently live here at this place. The size of the apartments are good, and i think they are reasonably priced, but the good points stop there. 1. the washer-dryer units are old, the gym appliances are very very old - they don't work half the time. The fitness center is awful. 2. the management is very unfriendly. There have been days when i've had to live w/o water. they don;t take care of the maintenance properly. they are also very unfriendly and do not talk respectfully to tenants. You feel like you are being insulted. 3. Fittings in the apartment are also very old. The fridge dosent work half the time, for example. and ABSOLUTELY no prompt help from the management. They push you to a limit where you have to resort to "firm talk" to get work done. Very inconsiderate. ! I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

compare to other apartments nowadays, this place's really poor, BAD management with high rents, and limited visitor parking. Couldn't understand manager's English, monopolistic management, and the managers are not friendly at all.

I had lived here in 1980's for almost 10 months, during those days the rent is so high!!! One bedroom, with balcony, secure lobby and laundry with 24 hours surveillance,quite neighbors,clean apartment,and they have nice exercise room, and accessible exit from the front door of Carlton hotel/cinema/restaurant.

Positives: downtown location great downtown views good size apartments competitive price helpful staff superintendent on site Negatives: poor elevators - they take forever lacks in security - would rather recommend a place with 24 hr security dark and old decoration I do not recommend this place.
