I had lived in this Green Belt Village for 8 years.They are not newly built town houses; small size,low ceiling,and way back then is very expensive to rent in this area. But I'm paying for the location, nice neighbourhood, clean, quiet, big park, wide road, and selected restaurant in the area, near Don Mills Shopping Mall. I got this place with the help of my good friends and most of my people lived in this area long time ago, We are all moved out from here , apart from each other now but we are still good friends.I had a good memories in this place. It is an Excellent place to live in. I'had remember my superintended name Bob, He is so friendly & very respectful person . He can fix any thing in the apartment, town houses at a reasonable time given to him by the property management. Tip to a new Tennant Resident: If you are commuting everyday? take the TTC Bus #25 on Pape Avenue-route Don Mills Road to Lawrence Road East If want to take the bus all the way to Sheppard Avenue North and get off at Yonge/Sheppard platform and transfer line on LRT route to Don Mills/Fairview Mall from there you take the Bus #25 going to Pape Avenue South.
