RUDE, NASTY "GENERAL MANAGER". RUDE, NASTY "ADMINISTRATOR". The administrator mischievously screws up bookings for moves in and out. She is the rudest employee of a landlord I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. They will go "bananas" if you have a major maintenance issue, and DO EVERY THING THEY CAN TO AVOID SPENDING MONEY to fix it, especially THE UNIT HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING! Negatives: - no one site Superintendent - repairs do not get done - rude management staff - drains in apartment clog - broken water pipes cause leakage in apartment - broken Air Conditioning - windows leak - from rain/ snow Positives: - downtown location - good security staff - fairly large apartments with large ceilings I do not recommend this place.
