Negatives: - no one site Superintendent - repairs do not get done - rude management staff - drains in apartment clog - broken water pipes cause leakage in apartment - broken Air Conditioning - windows leak - from rain/ snow Positives: - downtown location - good security staff - fairly large apartments with large ceilings I do not recommend this place.
