I have lived at the Maples for nearly a year now. The staff who work there are friendly, helpful, and professional (something I never expected to find in a rental building). Repairs are executed fairly quickly (with sufficient notice of entry given). They are also really good at providing information postings about any building-wide repairs (elevators, floor cleaning, etc..). Suites have really good sound-proofing (you can hear noise in the hallway but usually not from your neighbour's apartments unless they are making an unreasonable amount of noise). The facilities (pool, sauna, gym, and laundry room) are extremely well-maintained and clean. Most people that live in the building are young professionals (so you don't get too much week-night party noise). The building is also pet-friendly, although the lease does suggest that they don't allow pets despite the law being to the contrary (I have both a dog and cats). If this was a condo, I'd even consider buying a unit. I love the Maples and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to live in the downtown core.
