Do you remember the Sears building downtown?
Well, this is its new incarnation!
Walk to work downtown, or walk to the Dundas subway station and tube it almost anywhere central within 10 minutes.
Or, hop on the streetcar on Dundas and "red rocket" it across the city.
Want to grab a bite to eat? You have Kubo Restaurant right in your building (and yes, there's room service), tons of eateries along Church Street, along Jarvis, along Yonge Street and along Dundas. You won't have to look hard to

Many years ago this building look so old and ugly,due to major renovation and wonderful effort to restored its original beauty and converted to a residential loft.It could be a nice place to live in this massive building surrounded with wall to wall glass window.

Oddly, I wrote that piece elsewhere, and its been screen scraped and added to this site. I am *not* the contact person for the building. I own 1 loft there, and I still love the Merch.

One of my friend live here...In my own observation their main entrance is so enormous,industrial exterior & interior design,airy,the ceiling is extremely high,modern look,nice garage,swimming pool,convenient location.Definetely I will picked this Loft as one of the best to live-in.
