I lived in Elm Place for 3 years during University and never had a problem. It is a quiet and safe building and the garbage it kept to a minimum. All of the apartments are all inclusive meaning that heat, hydro, water and even Cable TV (channels 2-42) are included in your rent so there are no suprise extra bills. All I all I had a good experience living it there and would recommend it to others.

This place is somewhere between average and dingy.

I lived here while going to university with a roommate. The elevator was slow as molasses, and often down. Every time I was trying to go down, the elevator would first stop at the floor above, and then come to my floor. Made no sense.

The place is not really clean, and it has no facilities (other than laundry in the basement).

I do not recommend this place.
