Yes, they are renovating, and the noise level in the building has been unbearable since last November. Now they've given Four Seasons the go-ahead for it's 50 story monstrosity across the street, so every south-facing apartment faces about three years of construction noise & dirt. I'm moving!!

I do not recommend this place.

All buildings age. Even those new ones which are being built in the area. This building sits on a one way street and does not experience the traffic as Bay Street or Yorkville. Many of the homeowners are renovating their units to a high level finish. This is the BEST value in the area hands down!!!

I recommend this place.

Mediocre littlebuilding, in the midst of some very grand ones.
