The Westside Lofts is a successful renovation of a former office building, designed by world reknown Young and Wright Architects. Situated in the Northwest corner of Bathurst and King in one of Toronto's most trendy locations - King West. The Westside is walking distance form hip restaurants, bars, art galleries and clubs and only minutes away from the financial district by streetcar.
BUILDING FEATURES:
The Westside features are impressive and dramatic:11'-6" ceilings, hallways are wide and the windows are oversized, and the suites are spacious. The suites have barnyard style doors, mirrored closets with lots of space and parking is underground. Facilities include a gym and a party room, 24 hour concierge, bicycle garage and a stunning view of the downtown core from the roof deck. 700 Westside is a great address for someone seeking a unique home in King West.
