Over the years, Hazelburn members have successfully worked together to create an affordable, warm and friendly community environment in the heart of Canada's largest city. As a result, in November, 2002, our members were recognized with 4 awards from the Cooperative Housing Federation of Toronto. We are very proud of our accomplishments in building this community and hope that you will enjoy your tour of our home.

Hazelburn is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto on the west side of Jarvis Street, south of Dundas Street and just north of Shuter Street. Let's start your tour with a short history of Hazelburn.

I lived here in 1980's and this building they have a nice roof top garden,with a medium size unit,nice laundry,recreation room,meeting room and before they had a convenient grocery right in this building.At that time many residents are very friendly such as Olivia Chow,and her husband Jack Layton,the board members.Three years ago this building had been under renovation specially right at front-entrance door( From the roof top to main floor windows).

I recommend this place.
