Elegant,high end neighborhood,close to museum,University of Toronto School,Royal Conservatory of Music,Shopping Mall,Businesses.

I recommend this place.

This building has some largest condos available in the Hazelton lanes area and they are selling now in the $800,000.00 dollar price point for units with aprox 1800 sqft of elegance. Some units in this building are near 4000 sqft and could sell over 2,000,000.00. Great Location near Shops,Ttc,Museum,Yorkville Restaurants and Theatres to mention a few. I am very familiar with this building and if you have any interest in buying or sell a condo at 77 Avenue Rd please give me a call.
