From what I can see and understand Joropa Investments Limited is nothing more than a slumlord. There are no follow ups on requests for repairs, when there was no heat in the building there was no compensation offered and the only way to get compensated was to adjust the rent. The building supervisor is being paid for a job poorly done.
I do not recommend this place.
