I live at 70 Spadina Road, this is by far the absolute worst place to rent. The super is completely clueless and doesn't do anything all day long, the building is filthy and in terrible disrepair. Don't let the new tiles by the elevators fool you!! If you like heat in the winter, don't live here. The heat is turned off on Friday so by the time you realize your ass is frozen and decide to call the office everyone is gone for the weekend, and as mentioned earlier the super is absolutely clueless... this happens about every 2-3 weeks that the heat is shut off. The elevators are also questionable, I've been stuck 3 times already. I'm not sure if it would be better to be homeless or to have a lease with these people... if I was to do it again, I'd probably choose homeless. Also, if you somehow do happen to end up living in one of these places, know your rights as a tenant, and don't be afraid to call the city standards and permits department. If no one complains, nothing is going to change! COMPLAIN TO THE CITY!!
I do not recommend this place.
