"The Maxus" was built in 2002 by Shiu Pong. It is 18 storeys high and consists of 73 units. These New York style lofts boast 17 foot ceilings in their living rooms. Sizes start from 812 square feet. Each of the suites occupy two storeys (except for those on the 2nd floor) and have large windows and balconies.
