While the food itself was really very good, I was immediately and extremely offended by the young man delivering it. His unnecessarily rude behavior quite literally turned me off this place entirely. Which is a shame since the food itself is really top notch. That kid really didn't know how to deal with customers. I hope they don't keep him there long. Unless he's the owner's son, which would explain his extreme lack of social skills. As a pizza-addict, I like to tip generously to the delivery guys, whether it be pizza-pizza, dominos, some local joint, premium joint or even this place. But this young douchebag is quite the stain on the company's name. Get rid of him and get your positive reviews back. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Best pizza in Toronto! They know how to do thin crust perfectly, not to mention an endless menu of other italian options - something for everyone. I order from Big Man approx 3 times a month for late night meetings and I or my staff are never dissapointed. The chicken parm sandwich is a great guilty pleasure, however if you are thinking of ordering the nachos, I would pass. They are like doritos with salsa on the side. Everything else is great! Big Man's is truly the best tasting pizza in the city and unfortunately not everyone knows about it... I am so glad to be back in the area and have them on my speed dial...
