This is a great, cheap vegetarian restaurant with fairly good service. Did i mention it's cheap? This is a very popular restaurant for a reason. Even if you aren't a vegetarian you'll love the food--they put lots of tofu in it and it tastes delicious. My partner loves meat but loves this place a lot. One of our favourite things is the Shanghai noodles ($5), which are also a favourite for our one-year-old son. The only thing that may throw you off about this place is the decor. It looks like an old run-down cafeteria or someone's old yucky house. But who cares if the food, service, and price are right? The other little problem is the hours--it closes early at 9 or 10pm, which can be bad if you're looking for some late night Chinese food. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
