This Toronto landmark restaurant serves cheap, simple but tasty pasta dishes in a casual environment. Anyone who lives in the area will tell you you have to go to 'the Dip' at some point (even if the food isn't classic Italian gourmet). It is a touch crowded inside, and you can't get reservations for the (smoking) patio, but it's still a worthy venture.
