Good greasy fish that's battered right before your eyes and chips that taste home-sliced. Oil seems fresh. Service seems friendly. Grease on bottom of box is a soothing sight. Malt vinegar, extra salt and excessive ketchup highly recommended.

I'd heard about the spectacular fish at Caz's near Mount Pleasant and Eglinton before they closed, so when I saw Caz's on Davenport near work, I thought it was worth a try. The fillets are huge and the portions of fries are also generous, and everything I've tried is very tasty. The prices can be a bit high, but there's usually a daily special for $10 or $11.
