I love this little place. It's the Austral-Hungarian version of a greasy spoon. Huge portions and stick to your ribs fare. If you're expecting gournet, don't bother, but for a fun birthday dinner with friends or family, there are not many better choices. Come hungry. Saturday evenings are busy, so you might want to get reservations. Definitely a downtown favourite.

This place is great on a cold day. The portions are huge, and it's really homey food. A touch on the greasy side, perhaps, but if you like your potatoes and a really tasty, hearty meal, I highly recommend this place. Perogies and cabbage rolls are my favourites on the menu.

With Weiner Schnitzel the size of a small country, you certainly get your money's worth! As it is difficult for a female to finish an entire portion, save half for lunch the next day and try dessert. I recommend the Walnut Crepe.

I have been in this restaurant twice and going again today. It's little bit to small and sometimes crowded, but food is very, very good as well as service I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
