	6 out of 11 people found this review helpful. Our son was home from Vancouver and wanted to see his grandfather. We decided to tke the family out for dinner... The waitress was pleasant though didn't appear to be very interested in her customers. The food, when it arrived at the table, was lukewarm at best! We had to ask to have the dinner re-heated! The service was okay but the food was less than stellar! We should have opted for Swiss Chalet! At least the food would have been hot! Unless interested in entertaining children while adults visit (which could be accomplished at many McDonald's locations), this is not a restaurant we would choose to visit again. I was there to get a drink and some food at interchange way, On Monday and there was a very sweet young lady, behind the bar(NOT THE ONE NEAR THE MIDWAY) the main bar, she was very fast, on point and great. I heard her say her name and it did not appear to be the same on on her tag. I expect to get great service, no matter where I go(don't u?) and i did get i, but you also expect great work from them, and she did just that, but y not a *? on her tag? a star most likely means good she was great she needs to get a star and her REAL name on her tag. Who/ which "boss" is giving tag with "the right name" and can't even spell??? or fix it at least??? Her name is "Regina" but i do not know her real name.
