At first glance the atmosphere is very interesting because it may remind you of those scenes in Kung-Fu movies with the two level restaurant made of bamboo and paper walls. They also have a ventilated (supposed to be ventilated but almost everyone complains of the lack of air circulation and smoke buildup) area where you can smoke at the tables. Although the decorations were interesting at the start they have gone downhill as the years have passed. The food is edible but nowhere near as good as other asian restaurants in the area. The quality of the food and drinks has also deteriorated over the years. Certain things are still very good but the majority of it is sub-par. The main reason I continue to frequent Destiny is that the waitresses are nice, they let you stay as long as you like, you can play (even purchase) cards at the tables, and the prices are reasonable.
