1 out of 13 people found this review helpful. I wouldn't reccomend this place. Had to remind the server to bring some of the ordered items even though it was not busy. Menu items were silenty mummbled. I didn't like the part that there is a "last call" to order, even for the tiny scoop of ice craem. The servers look like there were just there to take orders and had no initiative to even bring the wasabi/ginger. At the end we were charged for the wrong menu (there is a choice of A,B,C). Not satisfied at all, didn't even consider leaving extra tip.

NEED to consider a FLY trap!

I do not recommend this place.

The fish is incredibly fresh tasting and is made quickly to order. The wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable providing fast service. Three buffet menus offer a wide variety of Japanese cuisine, not limited to sushi. The best all you can eat sushi in Toronto.
I recommend this place.

7 out of 7 people found this review helpful. We went to Echo Sushi in the early evening on a Friday night. We went there for all-you-can-eat sushi. On the windows they posted a notice saying their liquor license has been revoked which made us question whether we should enter or not, but we decided to give it a try. Also on the window was their buffet menus and prices. They have three different buffet menus: A, B, and C, each one including more than the previous and increasing in price. The cheapest was 15.99 (17.99 on week-ends incl. Fri.) and offered more than enough. The sushi was very good, and very fresh. They also had a wide variety of choices for any palette. They also offered many other things such as tempura and teriyaki. One of highlight that we found was the salmon teriyaki. The food was served very promptly with the waiter and waitress informing us of the name of every dish that came, unlike many other sushi places. The servers were very polite and friendly and the restaurant very clean. A word of warning, you are expected to eat everything that you order or else you pay full price for what is left, as well you are not allowed to stay longer than an hour and a half. Overall, we were very please with the restaurant and will definitely be returning.
I recommend this place.
