Kaji and Solo may offer some more exotic items but the bonus is Japango's kitchen. Their cooked items are superior to either of the other 2. I have had omakase at all 3 and can't wait to try Hiro and Hashimoto. But Japango is king so far. I would have sushi and sashimi at all 3 any day but combined with the wonderfully prepared hot items, Japango takes the cake. I have had their omakase 3 times and have never been disappointed. Great service, friendly (if though some times no so knowledgeable staff depending on who is serving you) and the owner and head waiter seem to always remember you from the last visit. Although Kaji and Solo also have superior raw items,I was disappointed with the cooked items at both, especially Solo. Kaji's cooked items are good but not great and with Kaji's price tag, I would expect to be wowed. Solo kitchen leaves something to be desired but their sashimi is WOW. However, Japango ... you won't be disappointed with their omakase.
I recommend this place.

Not for cheapskates - a typical dinner can range anywhere from $15-40 per person, depending on your tastes. If you've got money to burn, try the omakase ($60 and up) - you won't be disappointed.
I recommend this place.
