I went to this bar with 3 friends for dinner, the place was empty and still the service was slow!!! The waitress was a sweet girl but it took forever to get drinks and even longer for the food. The music was bad which only added to the lack of atmosphere in the place. However they do have an impressive menu of beers and the specials selection made up for a poor pub type food choices. This pub is horrible. We went for brunch one day and the server spilled baked beans all over my coat. They did not offer to pay for the dry cleaning. When I told the manager Shelly about what happened he replied, "well, it's the holidays and we're really busy". Service is bad, food is worse. All the meals arrived cold and most were imcomplete. They ran out of hashbrowns, but didn't bother to tell anyone, so we ended up with eggs and fries. Also, a woman sitting across from us waited 20 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge her presence, let alone wipe down her table. we eat in the Jester on Yonge at least twice a week. We find the staff very Friend and helpfull. The food and prices are excellent. Never a bad experience. Keep up the good work. SEE YOU AT THE JESTER!
