If this place didn't have such a great location it would have shut down a long time ago. The breakfast has gone down hill in the last 6 months and the service has always been terrible. Its by far the slowest service in the city. To top it all off, the owner Ted is not much of a great guy himself - having a wife and two kids and hitting on the girls that go into this place. I went in there and he came right out and asked me out - when I found he was married I was disgusted! This place is not worth your time! Stay away.

Very variable. Brunch: generally good; the traditional bacon and eggs breakfast is good value and usually comes out perfect, and the eggs benny is one of the best in the area. Dinner is overpriced and pretentious; avoid it. Overjoy, the bar/lounge on the upper floor, used to do a really good tapas menu, but doesn't seem to any more - the view over the park is really nice though. Service is variable; I've had really good, I've had downright in-your-face rude, and I've had just plain freakshow. Owners Ted and Mary are really nice and genuinely care about the place, but need to keep a tighter rein on quality.

My wife and I order Rueben sandwich. Over 50% of the corned beef was thick fat and we cut the fat off and placed it on the plate. The owner saw it and we explained what had happened. He took $4.00 off of a horrible meal. Would never go back here again.

Food was excellent, pity about the service. Very surly indeed when one could actually get the bartender's attention. Unsure whether I would recommend simply because of the lack of service and unfriendly atmosphere. Too bad, the food really was great!

I went this afternoon,their patio is crowded many people took advantage of the beautiful sunny day.They have wide selections of beverages.This is not a great area to shop around.

Nice, used to be predictable, had dinner their recently with friends and found appetizers too big to enjoy main course. Slightly irritating server too, a bit over gracious! Food was still very good though, so maybe a few more visits will help. Enjoy.
