I wish to make a formal complaint which I will be following up with an notarized affidavit of understanding of intent and claim of right against one of your advertised clients; "Kramers Bar and Grill" I am a lawful peace abiding regular there on Thursday nights and after being invoiced twice in the past by one of the servers "person"(Lauren)which she did not discuss with me and went straight to dispute. I payed double having not kept my first invoice. last night July 4th 12:00am I asked my server "person" (Tanya) for the bill of exchange of my order on 4 keith's, to which I was flat out refused. I was not in dispute nor was i at any point in any unlawful breach of conduct by asking for the Bill of exchange. I verbally asked to pay what I owed upon receivership of the bill and I told the owner "person" (Ratnam) that i can gladly pay if they produced the original bill of exchange and not an invoice. They reluctantly gave me the true bill of exchange #0074 to the sum of $25.44 which with honour I, gladly paid and tipped my server $5 dollars on top of said bill. The owner "person" (Ratnam) banned me for life from my favorite bar for life without discussion for asking for the bill of exchange under the the grounds that no one in 15 years has ever asked for the proper bill of exchange and I caused trouble. I was told to leave and "Ordered" by a second unknown male staff member to not speak to other patrons regarding my encounter. This is an outrage on my constitutional rights of equality before the law and is in legal breach of the bill of exchange acts. I will be notarizing letters of intent to all parties and third party affiliates with "Kramer's Bar and Grill," your client which you advertise and recommend, entered into dispute with me in dishonor without discussion and it is my intent and claim of right to alert patrons to this Unmoral establishment.
