Lee Garden used to be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants 14 yrs ago until I had their fresh scallops in the shell and got appendicitis over the next few days. Coincidence? maybe. The portions are large as you would come to expect from any restaurant in Chinatown. The lineups can get long as this is one of the most popular Chinese food restaurants on Spadina. 	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. While it is creeping upscale (they now have proper cloth table clothes and female wait staff), the food remains excellent both in variety and execution. Great variety of seafood. Definitely not for those who want Canadian Chinese fare (deep fried chicken balls etc) but if you want to try fresh scallops (in the shell and without any editing) when available..this is the place.
