1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. this is nice little Japanese not own by Japanese.
but this said, they even have tasty soba (very Japanese like)

Also this is nice enough to mention that they often give free icecream or soup on "da house"

I recommend this place.

the best of the bloor street lot.
(oh noz, I really just said it!)

the salad dressing isn't too watery, the menues huge, the prices small, the smiles are huge, the environment's roaring and the rolls are well crafted every time.

good for a date, or a late night study spot.
DO IT

I recommend this place.

Now with their elegant and modern look, while maintaining their amazing price level, its a no brainer why people line up hours to go eat there.

The most popular stuff, and a must try are the:

Green Dragon Rolls (Avacado, and Shrimp Temp)
Red Dragon Rolls (Salmon, Avacado, Shrimp Temp)
Spider Rolls (Deep fried Crab, Japanese Mayo)
Rainbow Roll (Different types of fishes, with Shrimp Temp)

Their lunch specials are also very fulfilling at affordable prices. For $5.95, you can have an entire sushi dinner size portion. It definitely beats eating other fast food.

I recommend this place.

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. great place for sushi. The new renovation is also very nice. The price are comparable to the other one but the quality is much higher. Sometimes we get the Edamame on the house which is very nice and occasionally free icecream of course. The service is brisk. But there is this one waiter who we found quite annoying but that's just us.
I recommend this place.

The restaurant is just like any other typical sushi restaurant in terms of food, atmosphere, etc. But it seems the portions are bigger, and sometimes, sometimes they'll give you the icecream on the house. Go for the silver or gold sushi combo, which comes with salad and miso soup, and you'll definately feel too full to walk!

My only complaint though is that like most sushi restaurants, your clothes and jacket will smell afterwards.

I recommend this place.
