New Sky is one of the best restaurants in Chinatown. Authentic Cantonese Cuisine. Some of our favorite dishes: Chicken Hotpot with Ginger, Green Onion, and Chinese mushrooms. Crispy Beef with Orange. Chicken with Eggplant and Garlic. BC Crab. Queen's Steamed Chicken. Hot and Sour Soup. Young Chow Fried Rice. Best Chili Oil I have ever had. I would say the service is usually good. New sky was one of my favorite restaurant, it is one of the few restaurant in that area that has serve good food for moderate price. However, I will not go back to this restaurant anymore. 1) spoiled food - I order garlic vegetable. The garlic tastes spoiled. When i spoke to the waitress, she asked "why you eat the garlic?, the veggie is fresh". it's very weird that when a waitress question you eating the food you order... 2) I got short changed - I got charged for 2 bowls of rice that i did not ordered. When i asked the waitress, she respond: "i canceled the spoiled dish for you". However, i can't see how it relates to stuff that i did not order but get charged. Poor service and poor food.
