If they had a 4 1/2 out of 5 then that would be my pick. I have been to No Regrets for lunch with clients a couple of times, and now they have new customers because of it. I will admit the place was packed for lunch, but I'm not sure of any restaurants that aren't during that time of the day. The service was great, staff very friendly, and the food very good. They also have a nice little lounge downstairs where you can conduct small meetings in a quite atmosphere. I noticed the review put up by Harold and was wondering did you ask to speak with the Manager about your situation? I have had bad service before at other restaurants and when this happens I do ask. Reason for this A: find out if they are short staffed or something and B: to give them a heads up so that they can help out in the customer service area. I haven't had any problems with No Regrets (knock on wood) and will continue to take clients there if I am in the area for lunch.

For a lunch rush, they sure were SLOW. We arrived at 12.40pm an sat down at the last table available. We waited. And Waited.And waited. The guy finally asked us for DRINKS at 12.50pm. No problem. We ordered our meals at 1.00pm. The food didn't arrive until 1.45 !!! A bowl of soup and 2 burgers. Seriously. Way too long. They couldn't get us out there quick enough. At least they were pleasant enough. But the service and speed were AWFUL. The meals them self were very average.Pricey- I wouldn't go back.
