Nice place to go for a breakfast (all-day) or a burger in the Dupont & St. George area. Pros: Friendly staff, home-cooked feel, juke boxes on every table, refrigerated mayo, tasty onion rings, open kitchen. Cons: Cash only, food good but not quite delicious enough for the price ($10/person + drink).

We had lunch at People's Foods Restaurant today, this was the third time I've been. Classic diner fare, with some tasty, tasty onion rings. Prices are reasonable; sandwiches and burgers are about $9 or $10. I had the chicken club: fresh toast and vegetables, but the chicken was a bit dry. Overall pretty good, but keep in mind they only take cash.
