	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Walked in at 9pm for a late dinner and drinks with a some friends from out of town. Waited 5 minutes for a welcome so we could get seated. Waited 20 minutes to order our food and drinks. Our waiter forgot all about my friend's drink and brought it mid-meal. I had a martini and my friends had sleeman and stella. The martini was weak. Our appetizers came 20 minutes after our order. The soup was oily, boring and tasted much like it was canned. The 7 west sampler tasted a bit stale. The cheese even seemed hard and dry on the outside like it was left sitting for the afternoon. There wasn't enough hummus and it took more than 10 minutes to flag down a waitress to ask for more. 15 minutes after finishing our appetizers, the main courses came. The Lasagna was disgusting - there was almost no meat and the sauce was very watery. One friend ate about 1/3 of their meal, while the other ate 1/4 of it - they didn't want to eat the rest. Since the service was bad, we didn't even want to complain and wait for them to fix the situation, so we paid, left and went to our for drinks elsewhere afterwards. I swear... this place leaves you feeling like you got ripped off. Two hours of my life I will never get back. I do not recommend this place.

So disappointed... 1) Took 15 minutes for someone to give me a menu. 2) Martinis are $10 and are small, not exacally worth it. 3) No beer on tap that evening, unknown if they ever do. 4) Ordered a bottle of beer that never arrived, my date had to go to the bar to get it for me. Additional bottles also took forever to arrive. 5) There was a waiter switch inbetween service and our new waiter was not informed of our order. 6) New waiter took our food order but when it arrived it was all wrong. I think the wait staff may have bad commuincation with the coooking staff. After everything we did just relax and have a few more beers so nothing else wrong happened. This place is open 24/7 so it is a nice place to chill late at night. It is complicated to find, you have to look out for it, there is a nail salon next door with a neon sign. The atmosphere is ok. The music they play is very loud so it is difficult to have a conversation. Also the 3rd floor is jammed packed with tables and chairs so it is hard to move around. The lighting is very dim, so it's great for blind dates. Like I said before it's a great place to just chill and have a few beers, but don't expect good service, or good food. I do not recommend this place.

	4 out of 7 people found this review helpful. this place rocks. the atmosphere is very chill, low lit, these guys are nocturnal. open 24 hours all the time, you really can't go wrong. the food is ok, nothing spectacular and the average menu item will run you about 10 bucks. however, it is an excellent place for many occasions (date, quick bite, late night snacking, etc.) so i give it the thumbs up. ps, u can easily walk right past this place. it looks like an old beatup house from the outside. I recommend this place.
