	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Maccool's is a bit of an enigma. On one hand the food is great and at a cheap price, on the other a pint of Guinness is priced at $7. I can get Guinness for $5.50 on my campus pub. Maccool's isn't just about the drinks though, it's about the experience. The presentation is great, the lighting is dim and the wood has an authentic Irish look. I went for drinks on Ceilidh Wednesdays and the guitar/fiddle combination made for some great live entertainment at a very low cost. I definitely recommend this bar. I recommend this place.

My nephews who visited me for Two month stayed here (from Italy) likes this place.This is not my type of restaurant,I would be fair to say food is O.K.This is a nice location for special relatives to see our PUB Restaurant,Downtown Tourist Area to visits. I recommend this place.

	3 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Fionn's on 181 University is the best restaurant I've been to in a long, long time. The food was great-incredible price point and a surprisingly impressive wine selection. Our server was quite knowledgeable and the manager/owner Greg, pampered us as if we were good friends of his. This is the way an Irish pub should be. The rest of the pubs and bars in the city should swing by and take notes on how to treat a guest and make them feel welcome and important. Hope this review helps! I recommend this place.
