Another Second Cup, like the many that dote across the landscape in Toronto.
BUT - I always get the Frozen Hot Chocolate (why they need to add 'Hot' I don't know, but that is for another day) and thus my scale of quality depends on how they make it. And yes, I know that differnet people make it in differnet styles, but after all - aren't the employees a reflection of the management?
Conclusion? Someone lost the memo on how 'frozen' implies slurpiness, not liquidness.
I do like their biscottis.
I do not recommend this place.
