This place is owned by japanese, well at least waitress are japanese. most of them are canadian japanese but still.
Ramens are good and beat almost all those chinese fake-japanese ramens.

My Japanese friends from Japan like to go there.
I guess this says a lot.

I have to go again and try something else.

I recommend this place.

I'm told this place is Authentic Japanese (not easy to find downtown), but the verdict's still out. I've had a few dishes, like their curry beef with katsu-don ($8 and delicious), and their miso ramen ($6, a little salty). Their menu can get expensive in a hurry though; bento-box combos start at $15. The decor's a little plain, but it's situated nice and tucked away on Charles off of Yonge.

I recommend this place.
