I really like thai spicy basil noodles, and the fried rice is great too. Order above $30 and you get a free pad thai to boot. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? As a gluten-intolerant I appreciate the fact that they will make almost any recipe without flour. I really enjoy their Shrimp or Tofu Satay, the Pumpkin Soup (spicy and made with fresh pumpkin), the Currys and the Spicy Tofu. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? This cute little restaurant is situated in the beautiful Yorkville (normally very pricey, but this place was really well priced). To start they brought out complimentary shrimp chips with peanut sauce (yum), and I of course ordered vegetarian spring rolls (4.95). They were some of the best Ive ever had. As my main I had a veryy generous portion of the spicy thai basil noodles with beef, flat rice noodles , sweet pepper, chilli, onion and basil for only $ 11.95!! I was quite impressed. This menu is QUITE extensive, so come with an idea of whether you want chicken, beef, veg, shrimp, pork, rice, noodles, thai or indian. The only dissapointing aspect was the service. We were one of the only people in the restaurant, and although staff members walked around aimlessly, we were not even offered drinks for about 7-10 minutes.
