Waitstaff, in all three visits, were forgetful, unfriendly, and glacier-slow. There won't be a fourth visit if I can help it. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	3 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Pure yumminess. The curry Pad Thai is delicious, as is the curry chicken dishes. Great Basil noodles too! I tried the fish onece, and it was yummy. The crab and cheese dumplings are awesome and keep me coming back. Nice decor, great food, good prices. The service is a bit slow, but polite. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	9 out of 9 people found this review helpful. On March 13, 2007 my wife and I went to the restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes we got the wrong dishes. The explanation of the waiter was "It is so crowded now." I asked to talk to the manager and waited another 10 minutes to give him/her the opportunity to make it right, turnaround the situation, and possibly gain me as a customer but the manager never showed up. Apparently, they do not care losing a customer. I would not suggest this restaurant because they do not know what customer service is. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Too crowded & the taste is typical Chinese food,you can eat; dine any simple Chinese restaurant any where in Toronto.But my favourite restaurant one right on Dundas Street West & Bay Street.Go to Spadina Restaurant if you want excellent taste & nice ambiance,a little bit costly.if you are tight budget you can eat & dine at Good View Restaurant located right on Dundas Street E.and North side of Mutual Street it is a small place,cheap,with excellent taste than Spring Rolls. Good for getting together with friends, but if you're here to sample Thai cuisine, I recommend Salad King or Pi Tom instead. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? There's also the take-out spring rolls on yonge, which is really great too, I almost prefer it to the restaurant sometimes because I automatically get a sample of things rather than one big plate of stuff. This location is significantly more cramped than either the Atrium on the Bay location and the St. Lawrence Market location, but it still serves good pan-Asian food. If you intend to bring a date, though, I'd recommend going to one of the other locations: you'll have a better time getting a seat and the other restaurants have better service and atmosphere. Their take-out joint is a gamble though. Ok tofu stir frys and General Tao chicken sit next to horrible fried rice and starchy noodles a la Manchu Wok. You will see young and old, well-dressed and casual, dates and groups. The menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Definitely check it out. I recommend this place.
