The portion of the roasted chicken in both the salad and sub is larger then the portions of other meat/poultry based sandwiches and salads.

All of the other sandwich meats have a greater percentage water and/or other ingredients than the roasted chicken. As a result these meats they have lower cholesterol level than their whole meat counterparts.

SUBWAY® restaurants uses very lean turkey, roast beef and ham which keeps fat and cholesterol levels lower.

My new discovery Subway Sandwiches newly opened right on Mutual Street last year.Fresh and healthy food selections and very convenient to where I live.Friendly staff & nice area to dine-in(Merchandise Building Back side).
