i don't think i've ever had such incredibly wonderful vegetarian sushi! it really puts most other places to shame. the grilled eggplant,white asparagus, even the simplest avacado roll is amazing! the wait time can be quite long so it is best to order in advance to pick up. (at lunch time due to it's growing popularity, i'd say a half an hour ahead should do it) the salad is always fresh (not sprayed with anything weird like they do in fast food places to keep it crunchy!) even the edamame tasted better than other places! the take out presentation is fit for a king, and most of the counter help people are nice, fast and polite! i eat here every week, now that i've found this place! they have gift certificates too, and they make great presents. Simply outstanding. Probably the best quality sushi I have had in Toronto. The tuna was just unbelievable. Rolls, sushi, and sashimi were all fantastic. Even the presentation is excellent with great accompanying features. No pink dyed ginger here. Best to order ahead and just pick up on your way home. Waiting took about 15 minutes.

amazing sushi. let them know how many people for dinner and chef Lee will make you the yummiest, freshiest sushi ever. such a nice couple too.

Love this place! Not a sit in place. Walk in, order what you want, and watch sushi chef extrordinaire John Lee do his thing!! Very affordable. Great lunch specials. Sushi Lunch $10 - 4pcs sushi(tuna, salmon, shrimp, fluke) & 6pcs cailfornia roll Maki Lunch A $10 - 5pcs Kamikaze Roll, 6pcs of salmon roll, & 6pcs of tuna roll Maki Lunch B $8 - 6pcs california roll & 5pcs Kamikaze roll Maki Lunch C $8 - 6pcs california roll, 6pcs cucumber roll & 6pcs of avocado roll each include Miso soup! the Kamikaze Roll is to die for!!! Very spicey!! Every 2 weeks, John teaches a 5 hour sushi class. ($150). all ya gotta bring is your very own knife. All the ingredients are supplied. And at the end of the class, you have a huge platter full of sushi you made yourself to bring home and enjoy! John Lee and helper Emi Kawabuchi are nice, friendly and wonderful people!
