The operator Diane greeted us personally tonight and went above and beyond to correct the poor service which resulted in a complaint being lodged with Head Office last week. Tonight's meal was the best I have had at this location in ages. Andrew, our server was a delight, both professional and personable. Diane was pleasant, courteous and wonderful to talk with. The food was steaming hot, the chicken fresh and juicy, the veggies just right, the salad perfect. This is a 360 degree turn around from the meal we got at the takeout counter last week. My mom, kids & myself were in Toronto and I reluctantly tried this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised at the menu. I enjoyed ribs while everyone else ate chicken dinners.
