I spoke to a guy named Kevin at the Toronto store, and even though I was trying to get hold of something that only cost $25, the customer service was extremely helpful and patient in trying to track down what I needed. Excellent store, will buy from again.

This place has great army surplus gear and paraphernalia. I got a beautiful Canadian Artillery jacket for $25. They also have awesome bags and packs for around $10, rain slickers, winter coats, boots, shirts, and more, all for great prices. They have a second location just up the street on Augusta Avenue as well.
