The store is inviting except for the dim lighting and the overwhelming Abercrombie and Fitch scent! My clothes and hair still smell. Not enough staff at the registers and only one change room area open. Most disappointing was the staff. Young, well groomed but not service minded. Unfriendly and certainly not helpful. It's too bad that the training these clerks received didn't focus on the customer who is paying a lot of money for t-shirts! It will be a long time before I return.

It is not in my kind of shopping place,not my type,I remembered last Christmas 2006 are Jammed,long line up,but is just a pad...it will slowdown,it is normal for young people to be curious to shop around,they are just excited to see the new store.My nephew said he like the interior,the staffs are young and cute,he claimed that their products are good quality.

Very poor flow, had incredible lineups, at least six registers, only two open at peak time, cashiers unorganized, tore the security tag off and left a quarter size hole in it and just packed it up...
