Terrible. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office four days in advance of valentines day. On valentines day I called All Around Flowers three times to make sure they knew she was leaving work at 4:00pm on that day. My wife didn't get the flowers. When I called to tell All Around Flowers that my wife had left work and that flowers had not been delivered all the person on the other end of the phone had to say was: "So you want to cancel the order then?". When looking for a Florist that was open on the Sunday of a long weekend, I was disappointed to find that all local stores were closed. I wanted flowers to be present for the afternoon visitation the Tuesday following the holiday. I looked on the internet and randomly chose a Toronto florist (All Around Flowers). I hit hte jackpot because the flowers were lovely and they were delivered on time.
