I accompanied my friend b/c she had an appointment and ended up getting fitted as well. The ladies who helped me were all very professional and personable which meant a lot to me because I've always been too shy to get fit in the first place! Was well worth it - will return.

i purchased 3 bras in August '07 and one of them broke/ripped after wearing for only 3 times. so, i went back to the store (in October '07) for the item to be repaired and the sales representative was unhelpful as soon as brought up the issue. She told me right away that i could not get a refund when i clearly stated i just wanted the bra repaired because i could not believe it broke after 2 months of buying it. Anyway, they took the bra and sent it back to the "manufacturer" for repair and did not hear from them until i called for an update (of course they said "oh they're still fixing it"). 6 months later (March '08), i finally got my bra back and the "manufacturer" was NOT able to fix a simple rip. When asked why it was not fixed? "oh, we don't really repair and plus we weren't really sure if it was a manufacture defect". ARGH! What a waste of time, effort and money on my part! No one apologized and nothing was offered for the inconvenience! and they call themselves high end store. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
