They have had my payment for almost three weeks and if it were not for my specific requests all I would have received is an automated response that tells me they are "missing" the only item I purchased. Having spent over $2,500 with them I would hope the service would be a bit better. I have found with them in the past that service even in store is slow and not that friendly ... but the price is right so I keep going back. Just be cautious and if you are in a hurry pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
I recommend this place.

I went on a saturday and I had to wait for 25min just to ask one of the staff members if they have the needed part in stock.
After paying for what I wanted, they told me that they have the product at their outside storage fasility and a staff member will bring my purchaise shortly. Another half-later of waiting, finally the guy came (probably stopped for coffee on the way).

I recommend this place.
