I had a pair of shoes that I just bought that had a problem with the heal and they would not let me return them. All that they said was that they were sorry.

i buy shoes there often but out of 10 pairs i bought 3 of them the heal broke off and they didnt give me a return they said that they will fix it so they did... i was pissed
