	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. I went there as a brunette with highlights. I wanted my roots touched up. What I got was ORANGE HAIR! A pure disaster!!!!!!!!!!!! The colorist insisted that's what I asked for. Who in there sane mind asks for ORANGE HAIR?! I had to come back 2 more times to repair the damaged goods and missed out on 3 extremely important events that weekend. That's why I went to a professional so I would receive a professional color. The young fruitcake flapping away with his 'in the air' gestures, called my sister "the boss of the household" when she came as a neutral eyewitness and expressed her description of the disaster in progress. The fruitcake is lucky he didn't say that directly to her face! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE TO GO THERE!!!!!!! The other staff just stand around for literally hours on end with nothing to do but huddle and engage in idle chit chat. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
