Took a computer in for repair. Not only did they not correct the problem, they took three weeks to NOT fix the problem. They then tried to charge for labour they were not asked to perform nor needed. The repair representative got pissy when it was said that it was preferred that the computer was left at the shop while the actual needed part was ordered and tried to blame me for the fact that they couldn't figure out the problem, even though it was well described when the computer was first dropped off. Quite simply it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life.

One of the few Apple retailers in Toronto and they have a nice selection of things for sales. They also sell used Apple computers and Windows based computers as well. Lots of iPod accessories.
