	19 out of 21 people found this review helpful. The shopping experience is normal, that is, until you are ready to check out and leave the store. There are officially two separate companies operating as "Designer Depot", so if you buy an article of clothing and a vase, you need to go through two separate check out lines. There was no visible signage posted other than a small memo at the till. I found this to be ridiculous and fortunately (and not surprising), there wasn't a long cue. If there had been a substantial line up, I would have left. At this point, I wish I had. One of the articles of clothing I bought for my spouse, which did not fit him properly (he wasn't with me at the time of purchase). I brought the article back two days later to find that they would only offer a store credit, not a refund. Although this is not law, most reputable companies would accept a return only (again, there was a sign, a very, very small sign by the check out). I am most upset by this because I have absolutely no intention of returning to the store. Save yourself the headache and shop at either Winners or Homesense - better prices, better shopping experience and they have a return policy that is reasonable. I do not recommend this place.
