I find it very troubling that an ex employee would have such bad things to say about doogans. In my opinion in it would seem to me that if the animals were that poorly treated it would be the fault of the employees and their lack of care of the animals. There are many doogans locations and i have personally worked at three of them.I started of as a cleaner and ended up as the assistant manager of the very locations that we are talking about.it is to bad that this particular location has closed down.the doogans in markham is very good.I also worked at that location.I feel that this ex employee is very wrong to blame the store.Try blaming the employees.I know while i was there the animals were treated very well.I think you are bitter because the the store was closed and you lost your job.I would recommend doogans.
I recommend this place.

As an ex-assistant manager of doogans i would have to say u lucked out buying a good puppy from that store. this operation is very shady and i would strongly recommend not purchasing livestock from these stores. the animals are not only treated poorly, but so are the employees. i hope you buyers out there realize that the niarga store was closed down, because a litter of kittens with serious eye infections had to be put down after not recieving proper veterinary care. later, the owner plead guilty to cruelty to animals, yet still owns pet stores. once again, i highly advise not buying animals from pet stores, but especially doogans. anyone that does or has worked for this company would surely agree.
I do not recommend this place.
